Final Exhibition Coming Up!
The final Exhibition of the tour of Owen Jones inspired work is about to open
20th October - 9th December 2012
Peterborough Museum, Priestgate, Peterborough, PE1 1LF
Opening times:
Tues-Sat 10am/5pm
Sun 12noon/4pm
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the ERTF the exhibition will be closing earlier than originally notified. So please be aware of the new end date of 9th December 2012. Sadly circumstances mean that we are also unable to offer the Workshops we had planned, again this is due to external circumstances.
However, do please take the opportunity for this last look at the Exhibition, which includes final art pieces alongside sketchbooks showing ideas and working processes.

Further Diary Date
Please note your diaries - after visiting Essex, the ERTF/Owen Jones Exhibition moves on, and will be at Peterborough Museum, from 20th October until 16th December 2012. It is hoped to run a programme of events alongside the exhibition, so look out for further information as this becomes finalised and available.

Our Travelling Exhibition 2012
Our Owen Jones exhibition gets unpacked again this year and will be at Saffron Walden Museum on the borders of Essex/Cambridge from 14th July to 2 September.
Work by Pat Brunsdon
After that is goes to a re-vamped Peterborough Museum where the organisation will be handed to Cambridgeshire member, Pat Brunsdon.
So keep your eyes out for ERTF events around these two exhibitions.

Museum at Night Event
I am hopeless at remembering to take photos at events - guess I'm too busy talking and organising! Anyway the above event was a great success - 7 members (you know who you are and a big thank-you) set up stall demonstrating different techniques and letting the visitors have a go. We all worked solidly for the 2 hour event helping everyone from a very keen 6 year old girl to a middle-aged man on his own.
It was fabulous to see such a diverse group of people who were genuinely interested in what we were doing. The adult workshops, taking place on 24th May, have also received lots of bookings so after the children's workshop that Sue Blackburn and I run, we can count Letchworth as more than fulfilling ERTF's brief - despite the slow start at the private view.
